This is a good pace to stop and take a break while touring the island, you can get some coffee and souvenirs.

Probably the best coffee on the Orleans island. Cosy spot to sit without seeing hundreds of tourists.
Very cool boutique with an eclectic mix of items. From cast iron trinkets and wall hangings and bottle openers to sunglasses. I did find the best sunglasses i have ever seen, hand made in quebec from wood!! Yes wood!! Not to mention it's a share space with cafe masion Smith which makes it a good pit stop on the island.
I eat at Smiths a lot - usually in the old city. Came into this one and ordered two lattes and a pain au chocolat. Lattes were so burnt and hot that I simply didn't have enough time for them to cool enough for human consumption. The waitress tried to heat my pain au chocolat. I said no thanks. Little did I realize it was so stale and dry that it was probably made last week. All in all, a waste of time and money. Won't return to Smiths - here or in the city.
